What a fabulous pub and rooms. Staff from our arrival to departure were excellent and other pubs could certainly learn from them. We sat in the large beer garden and enjoyed the ale and sunshine. Dinner was very tasty and breakfast was excellent. Best coffee I have had at an inn ever.

We had a birthday party in the garden room and we booked several of the rooms as well. We were so impressed with the staff, they went above and beyond to make the occasion special. One of our guests said the bed was the most comfortable they had ever had, another wanted to move in to the pub, another said the burger was the best they had had. We were made to feel like nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to all the staff who made the occasion fabulous.

On a warm and sunny summer afternoon, not much beats sitting outside at the Dundas Arms. This was our first visit and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The location beside the canal is about as good as it gets, the service was polite, friendly and welcoming and the food was lovely! The menu was especially helpful as each item showed the calorie content, enabling us to make informed choices with no guesswork. Highly recommended!!

We came on a good friday, expecting it to be super busy but they still served us sooner than we expected. The food was amazing! Loved the Keema Flat Bread with Hummus! The brunch sausage bap's portion was just right. My son who usually just eats cheese Burger enjoyed the Chicken Caesar Focaccia sandwich! Beautiful location by the canal!

Hi, I recently stayed there with Suzanne Jackson on the 16th of June. The room was great, clean and had all of the things that you hope for when you check in. The thing that made our stay great were the people. The barman , and Jimmy S and James were excellent. Their attention to detail and personalized service was perfect, and made the stay, dinner and breakfast memorable. I spent 25 years in the bar and restaurant business in the US, so I say with some qualification that they are excellent at what they do. I will definitely be back the next time we are in the UK.

A really lovely meal last night. Thank you to both Jimmy and Dru - both very attentive and polite - also smiley and positive (it matters). Good choice of options on the menu, freezing cold water for the table was great, tasty food and prompt service. All in all a great experience and would definitely recommend and go again. Relaxing atmosphere.
